I authorize Lars Meyer ([email protected], tel. +1 604 618 9302) to record our Zoom sessions together and to share the video recording with their Newfield mentor coach for the purposes of their learning and professional development within the Newfield Certified Coach Training program.

I understand that the video recording of my coaching session may also be submitted to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for certification purposes, and will be handled according to ICF’s ethical standards and confidentiality.

I understand that the video recording of my coaching session will be reviewed only by the Newfield mentor coach, my coach, and, if submitted, by the ICF for certification purposes. I understand that the information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any other party.
