I work with thoughtful, purpose-driven people who care deeply about what they’re building, leading, or contributing to the world—and who want the way they live and lead to reflect what matters most to them. People often come to me when something is shifting. They may be stepping into greater leadership, navigating a transition, questioning an old definition of success, or realizing that the way they’ve always operated is no longer the way they want to move forward. My coaching is warm, curious, candid, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens from the inside out. I’ll give you space to slow down and hear yourself more clearly, and I’ll challenge you when I notice you circling the same story, shrinking from what you already know, or solving the wrong problem. My own path has moved through military service, community organizing, entrepreneurship, public leadership, and nearly two decades of developing leaders and teams. Those experiences have taught me that leadership isn’t simply about accomplishing more. It’s about becoming more intentional about who we are, how we relate to others, and what we choose to grant ourselves and thereby create with the influence we have.
My coaching is reflective, embodied, and action/integration oriented. I draw from a range of approaches—including somatic awareness, trauma and nervous system sensitivity, conscious leadership, and Emotional Intelligence—to help you see your situation from new perspectives and access more of your own wisdom. Our conversations might involve a powerful question, noticing what’s happening in your body, challenging an assumption, imagining a different possibility, or experimenting with a new way of responding. Insight matters, but so does what you do with it. I see coaching as a partnership, not a prescription. My job isn’t to give you the answers—it’s to help you see more clearly, expand what feels possible, and make choices that are genuinely your own.
If you’re looking for someone to hand you a formula for your life, I’m probably not your coach. If you want a thoughtful partner who will listen deeply, ask questions that matter, challenge you with care, and help you trust yourself more fully, we may work very well together.

The ice caps are melting. Time is precious. So is the contribution you’re here to make. Let’s not spend another year overthinking the life, leadership, or work that’s asking something more of you. Book a discovery call or take my Inner Access Assessment. We’ll start where you are, get curious about what’s getting in the way, and explore what becomes possible when you stop operating on autopilot. No five-step formula. No promise to optimize your entire existence. Just a good, honest place to begin. Audrey
