Academic Foundation: Hold a degree in Managerial Engineering from the University of Padua and a post-graduate certificate in Supply Chain Management and Organization from SDA Business School in Italy. Community & Social Impact: Served for 20 years on the charity board of a kindergarten in Verona, contributing to business administration, program development, and fundraising initiatives.

My approach starts with the personal mission statement building and is focused on the personal development for leaders in their shifting moments: at the beginning of a turnaround, in the middle of a mergere and acquisition process, in the succession in a family business, whenever there’s an important shift that determine the need to show up and embody the leader that is inside us, that’s my favourite spot to start a coaching relationship.
